Board met in special session at 9:00 A.M. Mr. John B. Weber absent.
The proposition of the laying of the underground conduit in the City for
taken up and discussed. The bidders on the underground work for the Indiana &
Michigan Elec. Company with Mr. F. A. Bryan, Mgr of said Company appeared before
the Board in regard to the laying -of the underground conduit mnd relaying of the
pavement, and were notified by the Board that Ordinance no. 1550 for the relaying
of all pavements would. have to be followed.
The following persons were notified by a thirty day notice to repair or
construct wekk inx front of their propertywithin above mentioned time or same would
be constructed by tl;e City,. under Improvement Resolution No. 294. for Various Sts.
in the City of South Bend, Ind.,
Corrected notice sent to the South Bend Iron Company of April 29th.,1914. to con-
struct walk in from of property known 'as lot 33 in Wilson's Sub. Bank Out Lot 94
on Arnold Street between Grand Trunk Ry. right of way and Huron Street.
.� Notice sent to B. F. Dunn to repair or construct walk in Front of property known
as lot 102 Wenger's 5th. , A dition on 510 E. Wenger Street.
