Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana: Dear Mr. Relos: I have reviewed the information you supplied for the proposed Data Realty property in the 1100 Block of South Franklin Street, South Bend, Indiana. I have attached the standard ALTA Survey requirements for items from Table "A" that would be shown on the survey drawing. The cost for the preparation of the ALTA Survey for this site would be in the range of $ 2,650 to $ 2,850. If this proposal is acceptable, we will require updated Title work for the survey property along with copies of all easements shown on the Title work. The drawing would be sent by the week of March 7th, if not before. Any requested drawing revisions would be done at our standard hourly rates, which are attached.
