Special meeting held in �3o�'d of Public �afety Office Friday ,
December llth, at nine o' clock A.T.�.
This meeting ��as decided upon a�t°r the Clerk had informed
r,7r. C. �1. Budd, President of the Board that the `,'dilbur Z'�. aJarner
Corporation had notified this office that they ��ished to be
released from their contract that was signed Tlovember 30th.
�fter � lengthy conference bet��reen the officials of the
i`Jilbur T,i. ','Tarner Gorporati on and the offi cials of the Scherman-
Schaus-Freeman Company, ;�:ho ��rere ��illin� to take over contract
for the same bid. The Board decided to release SJilbur T,�.
',�arner Corporation of their contract and sign ne� contract
vaith Scherma�n-Schaus-Freer�an Company at the same cost, due to
the fact that these t��vo companies wer� the only original bidders
and t'_na,t T�r. ',"larner had requested release for good and sufficient
reasons.
On motion of :�r. Ga�dacz, seconded by �'r. Long, meeting adjourned
at 12: 50 P.P.?. �
