�ont and felt he should be receivir.� , at least ��125.00, ex�lain-
ing �iat his �:-ror1; is even more strenuous and requires more time
than the �T�ork of police offi cer at the pound W110 received ��170.00
per onth. '.r. Do?-rnes stated that the money eould be transferred
from one appr opriati on t o thi s appropri�.ti on Yai thout askin� f or
the oney to be appropriated from the General Fund.
l�fte hearing the above, �;.r. Lon�, made motion �hat �,rthur Fovrler
be given an increase of 5�25.00 per mon�h to take ef�ect at once
or a soon as the transfer of money could be handled. This

from he police department for the past tveek.
i�fr. B dd inzormed the Board that imc�ediately after the meetin;,
he cri hed them to meet �rith P:ir. Haley of TTotre Dame Unigersity
and t e taxi-cab operators oz this city to discuss the various
route to and from the stadium for taxi-cabs on football days.
