th�t of night Fatrolman; Ser#eant Emil T. Luther was demoted
to the rank of Patralman; Detective �d�v. ?Torris was promoted
to the rank of ni�ht Captain takin� place of former Ca,ptain ':'lolter;
Detective '�'fm Diedrich nromoted to the rank of Ser�eant takin�;
pl� ce of former Ser�eant Luther.
