?�ishe be granted a leave of absence for an indefinite period.
In as ing for his leave of absence , TFr. '�isher stated `_ that he has
been ppointed a member of the �tate Police Departrm�n�.
On mo ion of ��Tr. Lon�, seconded by ?'r. Gadacz , Police Captain Raymond
was p omoted to the rank of _'�ssistant Chief of Police. I�is duties
to be ome ef�ective Jecember 15, 1930.
mhe B ard decided that, in the futlzre, all trafiic men are to wear
lea.th r puttees, also Sam Bro«rn t�elts. The latter being furnished
by th Board of Public Safety. These are to be worn from November
lst t April first of' each year, hovrever, this order wi11 not become
effec �ive, this yea.r, until all men have their puttees.
