Alice '"Joltman.

Clerk, "!m P. Dov�rnes, presented the �veekly report of the Dog
Pound, also submitted the first monthly' report. "Tr. Downes
stated that Officer F. l.'iller had been placed at the Pound as
Superintendent durin� the vacation of Superinte�dent Kemmerly.
