the cit firemen who are off duty on the days of football games at
Notre D e to assist Chief Lenon and his department in directing trafYic
through the city. '

of Chie Knoblock, Otto Paffenbach at presen.t a Lieutenant was promoted
to the ank o� Captain, to become effective September lst, 193Q. Also

Private John Henry promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and Private Lottie
'.Jagner promoted to rank of Lieutenant, to become effeetive September 1,1930.
