Th� oard decided, after confering with Chie� I,enon that the Dog
Pound w uld be open from 12 0'clock noon unti 1 5 0 ' clock P.I;€. , dai ly
and fro 8 0'elock A.1���. , to 12 0 'clock nofln on Sundays. The mornir�s
during he week to be confined to colleeting dogs.
Chie I,enon presented a bid from Holycross and Nye for the purchase
of a ca �or the Dog Pound at a price of �525.00 less �170.00 for the
trading in of four roadsters, making the net purehase priee �355.00.
After c refully considering the proposition, the Board decided to
make th purchase .
The oard instructed Captain Raymond to paint a ncaution - railroad"
sign in the center of the street at Gran� Trunk eros�ing at 36th Street�
also at the Grand Trunk crossin� at I,ogan Street, and a"cautionTt sign
at the nterseetion o� Ironwood Drive and R.'ishawaka Avenue .
