Meeti g was called to order at 4 :10 P.14. by Vice Pres. Reeder

FIRE DEPT.
Fire lept, bills were approved and ordered paid.
11otion prevailed that the a.pplicationsof Phil Cappert, Sylvester J.
Makie ski, Casimer Lesik, and Clifford L. Tuttle be accepted and
place on file.
ELECTRICLL DEPT.
Elect ical yept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motio prevailed that an automatic traffic controll signal be erected
at td intersection of Mishawaka. Ave. and Ironwood Drive.
DEPT. uF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
City cealers bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motior prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns be
appro ed and ordered placed on file.
POLICE DEPT.
Policq Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Elotior prevailed that the bonds of' Offi -,r Vernon Ellis, and Otis
Cu_ni gham be approved and ordered placed on file. Employers
Liability Assurance Corp. were named as surety.
Motiox prevailed that # ## parking on E. Washington Ave. from
Michi an St. to the Race be limited to two hours.
Motiox prevailed that Detective Sergt. Harrold Whitmer be meeting
of thE National Co: .q- _ission on Law Observance and Enforcement at
uhe U iversity of Chicago on November 11th. and 12th.,1929
Motion prevailed that a. one car loading zone be established at 111
W. Wayne St.
Motio: prevailed that uriiami St. be made a preferential traffic
stree at its intersection with E. Calvert St.
