Motion prevailed that parking In the 300 block on the N. side of W Washington Ave. from the Standard Oil Co. Filling Station to West to High School Court be limited to three hour parking . Chapin St. beginning at Ford St. and extending for 60 feet North Motio# prevailed that a 30 foot 15 minute waiting zone be established beginning at Ford St. and extending for 30, feet South.
