Fleeting was called to order at 4 :05 P.M.
Mr. Reeder was not present.
Minutes of the last regular m eting were read and approved.
FIRE DE?T.
Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motion prevailed that the bids for coal for the Fire Stations and the
Alarm Station be opened end tabulated.
ELECTRICAL DEPT.
Electrical Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motion prevailed that Supt. Qualls be sent to the annual convention
of the International Assn of Municipial Electricians at Boston
Mass. Aug. 20th. to 24th., 1929.
Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the past
week be approved and ordered plececl on file.
DEPT. OF VEIGHTS AND MEASURES

past week be approved and ordered placed on file.
POLICE DEPT.
Police Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motion prevailed that the applivations of Leo Makowski, Oliver
Crommwell Gawthorpe. be accepted.ancl ordered placed on file.
14otion prevailed that W. Indiana Ave. be made a preferential traffic
street at its intersection with S. Main St.
Motion prevailed that W. Ewing Ave. be made a preferential traffic
street at its intersection with S. Hain St.
Motion prevailed to adjourn at 5 :16 P.H.
