Meeting was called to order at 4 :10 P.M. by Pres. Engeldrum
Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved.
FIRE DEPT.
Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
ELECTRICAL DEPT.
Electrical Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Mot.idn prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the
past week be approved and ordered placed on file.
DEPT. OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid.
:,Motion prevailed that the w:!ekly report of City Sealer Burns for
the past week be approved and ordered placed on file.
POLICE DES T .
Police De -t. bills were approved and ordered paid.
vLotion prevailed that the a plica.tion of B.J.Roe for reinstatement
be accepted end ordered placed on file.
1 -otion prevailed -that the no parking zone on East Sample St.
from High St. to L.i7.Ea.St be elininated and that parking in the said
location be limited to two hours.
11otion prevailed to adjourn at 5 :15 P.M.
