Meetint was called to order by Vice -Pres. Reeder at 4 :15 P.M.

FIRE DEPT.
Fire D pt. bills were approved amd ordered paid.
Motion prevaile Ed that the application; of Steve Kwiatkowski be
accept d and ordered placed on file.
ELECTRICAL DEPT.
Electr cal Dept. bills were approved and ordered apid.
Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the past
week b accepted and ordered pb &ced on file
DEPT. OF EIGHTS &' MEASURES
City S WEIGHTS
bills were approved and ordered r;# paid.
PMotior prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns for
the pa t week be approved and orderea place,__ on file.
POLICE DEPT.
Police Dept. bills were approved and orderpaid.
Motion prevailed that the applivation of Martin Rybacki be approved
aid or Bred placed on file.
Motion prevailed that Section # 5 Berttvnph Ebf Traffic Ordinance
2653 be ammended as follows:
that the words " Within the vehiclar loop"be elininated or
stricken out to the effect that parking in alleys or courts'' "r'�
longer than is necessary to load or unload materials or passengers
in any part of the City will be prohibited.
(Motion revailed that S. Walnut St. be made a preferiential traffic
street t its intersection rith W. Indiana Ave.
