Minutes of the last regular me:;ting were read and approved.
FIRE DEPT.
Fire Dept.. bills were approved and ordered paid.
ELECTRICAL DEPT.
Electrical Dept. bills were approved and orderd paid.
Hotion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week
ending April 7th. be approved and ordered placed on file.
DLPT. OF WEIGHTS & rIEASURES
City Sealers bills were approved and ordered sapid.
Yotion prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns for the
week ending April 6th. be accepted and ordarad placed on file.
POLICE DEPT.
Police Dept. bills were approved and ordered ppid.
:;lotion prevailed that the bond of Officer Howard Vaagner hameing the
Employers Liability Assurance Corp. as surety be approved.
Motion r_revailed that E. Colfax Ave be made a preferential traffic
street at its intersection with Ester St. powvcl sPftet
Llotion prevailed that the petition of P.F.Poehlman of he National
Garage at 1010 S. I. a.in St. f j # ##Ajj g for a:. temporary be denied as
the guard would have no authority to grant a request of this kind.
'Motion prevailed that the request of the I1oulder Motor Co of 760
S. 11ain St. for 2.. No Pa.r'cing Zone at that location be denied.
I.?otion prevailed t'iat the request of the Studebaker Used ",.,.r Market
for a No Parking Zone at Division & La.Fayette St be denied.
