Meeting was called to order by President Engeldrum at 4:10 P.M.
All members were present.
11inutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved.
FIRE 'DE -?T.
Fire Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
ELECTRICWL DEPT.
Electrical Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
!lotion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week
ending ,arch 24th. be accepted and ordered placed on file.
IJlotion prevailed that the resigination of Carl i,ederer operator° at
the Alarm Station be accepted as of iaarch 19th.
Unon the recommendation of Supt. Qualls the resi�;ination of Line iFare ian
Ivan Quick was accepted as of i:i.rch 23rd.
.i1otion prevailed that the appointment of Harry Alvard a- an operator
at the Alarm Station by Supt. be ratified by the Board as of I'larch
22nd.

City sealers bills were approved and ordered paid.
::,otion prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Burns for the
week ending Ma.rch25rd. be accepted and ordered placed on file.
201,ICE DEPT.
Police Dept. bills were ap-proved end ordered paid.
Motion prevailed that the application of Carl Shaffer be accepted
andordered placed on file.
Liotion prevailed that a 15 minute waiting zone be established in front
of the Spencer Perfume Co. at 1101 S. Main St.
Motion prevailed that N. Michigan St. be made a. preferential traffic
st a.t its intersection with Bartle'�t St. for East bound traffic on
Bartlett St.
Motion ptevailed to ,adjourn at 5:20 P.M.
