Motion, prevailed that the' a.pplioa.tions of Otto L. 3dward. M. Mil6wski be accepted and ordered pplced zet ; we.s held in 4:05 P.M. Bad and approved. Moorehouse,and on file. ELECTRICAL DEP2. .Electrical, Dept bills were approved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt.,Qualls for the week ending F'ab. 10*t � be accepted and ordered placed on file. DEPT. OF WEIGHTS & MEASURES City Sealers bills were approved and ordered paid. POLICE DEPT. Polido'Dept� bills were'a.pproved and ordered paid. Motion prevailed that the bonds of Officers harry T.'Everett, Emile DeWespelaer,'and Robt.11. Seals nameing the Employers Assurance Corp. be accepted.,.' Mation.prevailed.that the bid of the Spenser Co. for three new tudor Ford Sedans for 1657.$0 less.,a.n allowance of $200. for Police Dept. cars 1, 14, and l for a net total of 157.80 be acc ®peed. Chief Hatt reported -that Officers Joseph and Probationary Officer B.J.Roe had an accident while driving Police "'ar # 5 on East Ewing ova. Sunday Evening February 10 th. and that from all reports the officers -had been drinking4 kotion prevailed. that the resigi.nation of Officer Joseph Walsh as of this date be accepted, Motion prevailed that Probationary Officer.B.J.Roe be discharged as Of this date.
