All members were present.
Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved.
FIRE DEPT.
Fire Dept. bills were approved end ordered paid.
ELECTRIICAL DEPT.
Electrical Dept. bills were approved .and ordered paid.
I:otion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the week
ending December 16th. be approved and ordered placed on file.
DEPT. OF ivEIGHTS & I,T EASURES
City Sealers bills y-aefe approved and ordered paid.
POLICE DEPT.
Police Dept. bills were approved and. ordered paid:
Motion nreva.iled that a 15 minute waiting zone be established in
front of the New Studebaker Engineering & Purchasing Bldg. in the
400 block W. Sample St. beginning at the South West corner of
W. Sample St. and South Franklin St. and L-xtendinding West on the
South Side of 'Vest Sample St. for one half block.
I,Iotion prevailed that the Studebaker Corp. be allowed to mire a man
who will be empowered by the Chief of Police, and will patrol the
vicinity of the aforesaid 15 minute `ia.iting zone for the purpose of
enforcing the provisions of this newly established waitins', zone as
well as to assist in enforcing all traffic regulations in that
'Tic inity.

in front of the Hodge &. I:Iclntosh Bldgs. at 1132 S. La.Fayette St.
and 1138 S. La.Fayette St.
;:lotion prevailed that a 32 food, 15 minute waiting zone be established
in front of the C.E.Lee Store at 225 S. I:Zain St.
11otion prevailed that the Petition of The Federal 11ake Shop for a
15 minute waiting zone at 121 W. Washington Ave. be denied because of
there being other 15 minute waiting zones easy accessab_e to the
Federal: Bake Shop
