the Boards Office ..
Monday Ma ch . 5th. 1928 -
President Engeldrum` and Mr.' Reeder were present.
Meeting was called to order at 4:05 PIT. by President Engeldrum.
Minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved.
The folidWing resignation of Claude E. Nicely was tendered to Mayor,
C.R.Moritgomery and accepted, and was submitted by the Mayor to the
Board of'Public Safety at this meeting.

do justice to my work as a. member of the Board of Pudic Safety, and
I' therefor feel obliged to tender my resigina.tion4

Electriva: Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.,
Motion prevailed that the weekly report of Supt. Qualls for the previous
week be accepted and ordered placed on file; also monthly report of Fire
Alarms for the month of February 1928.
Motion prevailed that the application.of Milton H. Farmer as Alarm
Station. Operator be accepted and ordered placed on file.
DEPT. OF WEIGHTS & MEA.sures
Motion, prevailed that the weekly report of City Sealer Barns for the
previous week be accepted and ordered placed on file, also monthly repot
for the month of February 1928.
POLICE DEPT.
Police Dept. bills were approved and ordered paid.
Motion prevailed to a.djourn' at 4 :45 P.M.
