Per our conversation the subsurface conditions are unknown and are expected to be In poor condition at best. I propose using Panoramo Sl to create a Virtual Viewer of the inside of the structure(similar to Google Street View). The scan will also create a geometric model of the structure and unfolded view. Please see Figure 1 below. Panoramo SI will fit through a 12"x 12" opening. My main concern is being able to lower the camera into the hole from directly above. Figure 1 — Manhole Inspection Screenshot (Geometric data, Unfolded View, 360 Viewer) If conditions allow, a CCTV Inspection camera can be lowered into the hole and inspect as far as possible. Debris is expected to be in the line so total inspection distance is unknown and expected to be minimal. The CCTV inspection camera has a zoom function which will be useful to capture as much information as possible given the expected conditions. Inspection Cost Estimate MH Inspection CCTV Inspection $1,500.00 $1,080.00 https:#mall.google.com/mail/u101?u1=2&lk=c9c6e75a2a&jsver-k8XTJOJl kuE.en.&cbl=g mail_fe_180606.07_j4&vievw--pt&q=from%3A%20bbenn°/u40seepipe-com&qsl 6/12/2018 The Troyer Group Mail - RE: East Race LaSalle sink hole Appendix A2 The costs above include mobilization to the site and CCTV Reporting.
