Dear Ms. Fischer:
The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on July 10, 2018, approved the City to
accept the dedication of public right-of-way from the Deer Hollow Homeowners
Association. Please be advised this is for the street maintenance only and does not include
drainage.
Enclosed please find a copy of the agreement for your records.

DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
The undersigned, being the President of the Deer Hollow Subdivision Home Owners Association,
being the duly authorized representative of the owners of the real estate described in Exhibit A and shown
in Exhibit B attached hereto, for good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate and convey the
real estate, specifically the roads listed below, to the City of South Bend, Indiana for use as right-of-way
for public road purposes and maintenance of public utilities thereon:
Killington Way (Minor)
Deer Hollow Drive (Minor)
Running Deer Drive (Minor)
Red Fawn Court (Cul-De-Sac)
Black Tail Court (Cul-De-Sac)
