Knoblock, not -,present. ELECTRICAL DEP.A2TI1MNT: Supt. Win. F. (walls present and reported the activities of his deta rtment for the past week. A plan of the T.lichigan State Police whereby police cor:unication would be established amongst the states in the T:1iddle +> ^,Test was accepted, and on motion 'by Mr. Trost, secoi-lded by h.r. Gadacz it Baas decided to purchase a radio receiving set necessary to put this plan into effect. Or, motion by - 1:11x. L11cSorley, seconded by _' "r. Gadacz it vias decided to erect a traffic light at the. intersectior, of Colfax Ave. c Hill St. POLICE DEPART1:L'TTUIT: Acting Chief, Horace 1:1. Ha-milton, present and the activities of the police department discussed. On motion by lr. Trost, seconded by Tt'r. Gadacz it was decided to establish a loading zone in front of the G. E. Tleyer & Sor_ Hdvre. Co. on W. Tef ferson Blvd. The Chief submitted the followin- corlrranica.tion to the Board: "Hon. Board of Public Safety, September 21, 1934 City of South Bend, Indiana. Officer Riddle and Sergt. Eve rett -xrere called and Officer Riddle Omitted the charges. The officer was severely repri mended a.nd ad-nonis} ed that in the event of further me lect on his part 'Re shall be rSrloved from the force.
