HomeMy WebLinkAboutOpening of Proposals - Building Cleaning Services for City VPA - INVO Cleaning Services[MV0, CLEANING SERVICES www.invocleaning.com 6/25/2018 TO: Whom This Concerns RE: Bid Package Hello, The purpose of this letter is to provide clarification regarding the pricing provided in this bid package. Upon inspection, you will notice two different prices. The first rate is our "full" non- profit rate without chemicals and products, The second rate is our lowest "traded" rate that may be provided. When conducting the walkthrough with Denise Zigler, I had expressed interest in trading a much lower price for services in exchange for promotional/marketing opportunities with the Morris Performance Ails Center. Should there be interest in moving forward with INVO Cleaning Services, we can discuss what may be traded to reach the lowest price quoted. In addition, it is important to note that we are only comfortable with guaranteeing the listed pricing for one year. After one year, we believe it should be necessary to review changes in the Consumer Price Index and adequacy of services being provided to determinq,,if subtjQ price changes may need to be discussed. We are happy to make time to discuss/negotiate, as needed, should there be interest in making INVO Cleaning Services your provider, Respectfully, Wa lly McQuade Q M Owner Exhibit A Morris Center Complex Leighton Theater Event Cleaning Service Rates Description Amount Full Cleaning $370.00 $268.00 Add Event Attendant $80.00 $60.00 By Area: Grand Lobby (Main Floor) i & Box Office Restrooms $50.00 $32.00 Grand Lobby(Mezzanine) Mezzanine Restrooms Rotunda $50.00 $32.00 Lounge & Restrooms $50.00 $32.00 Auditorium Lower Level) $62.50 $40.00 Auditorium (aH Upper Level) $50.00 $32.00 Auditorium (mezz & 111 balcony Only) $25.00 $16.00 Auditorium (2nd & 3=d balcony) $25.00 $16.00 3 Star Dressing Rooms $50.00 $32.00 Dressing Rooms Lower Level $50.00 $32.00 Rock & Roll Event $385.00 Extra Charge) Morris PAC Date Date Schedule "B" Morris Center Complex Palais Royale Event Cleaning Service Rates Description Amount Full Cleaning Includes Event Attendant $220.00 $160.00 Extras: Room Turnover $77.00 $56.00 Janitorial Service Per Call Varies Varies Extended Event Time $22.00/hour $16.00/hour Schedule "C Morris Center Complex Administration Office Event Cleaning Service Rates Description Amount Full Cleaning Trash, restroom, vacuum and dust $55.00 $40.00 Extras: Clean Windows $60.00 1$45.00 Janitorial Service Per Call Varies, depending on purpose of call.
