This permit is granted in accordance with the application filed on 2 April, 2018. Effective on: I July, 2018 Expires on the: 30 June, 2023 Modifications: Any violation of the terms and conditions of this permit shall be deemed a violation of the City of South Bend Municipal Code and will subject the permittee to the sanctions set out in section 17-11 through 17-13 of the Municipal Code. Edcoat is considered a Categorical Industrial Users under the coil coating category. There have been no substantial changes to Edcoat's operations since the last permit issuances, though average production has changed. Discharge limits under the coil coating category are based on average production, and therefore Edcoat's discharge permit limits have been changed. Other than the effective/expiration dates and discharge limits, no significant changes were made to Edcoat's Discharge Permit requirements, If you should have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at (574) 235-5,852, or at lti'app@soLitlibetidin.gov.
