Centre Township trustee conferred with the Board regarding fire protection
for his townshilip but no action was taken.
The application of John H..Harrington was approved and ordered placed on
file.
The Clerk was instructed to prepare an ordinance transferring certain
s c
ums in the Fire Department appropriation so that sufficient money be
diwailable to purchase hose.

A nine month leave of absence request by officer Don Richardson was refused
he board approved the special officer applications of Charles Slaybaugh,
Harl Mull and Clayton H. Hess.
I ce-mmunication from Dr. E. E. Johnston was read in which he states that
