On May 22nd, 2018, the Board of Public Works opened and read bids for the above project.
The bidders ranked as follows:

2. Direct Fitness Solutions $44,651.32
Venues Parks & Arts reviewed the two quotes and found that the lower quote offered by Direct
Fitness Solutions was not responsive to the specification.
Venues Parks & Arts recommends award of a contract for $53,067.30 to the lowest
responsive I responsible bidder, Direct Fitness Solutions.
The Department of Public Works has appropriated sufficient funds from the 2015 Park Bond:
