Prepare floor plans, signage, and specifications for the purpose of open bidding of the project ii. Prepare plans for relocation of parking equipment and associated electrical equipment, and specifications for the purpose of open bidding of the project iii. Prepare plans and specifications for replacement of trench drain located at garage entry/exit iv. Prepare plans and specifications to address poor drainage related to the inlet along Main Street located in the southwest corner of the garage parcel. v. Prepare cost estimate based on Construction Documents vi. Submit bid documents to the Owner for review vii.
