The Street Commissioner reported on the following defected walks aaand. the Beard ap- proved of his reports. The Board of Public Works ordered that the following walks be con- structed under Improvement Resolution No* 294 for the construction of cement walls and curbs on Various Streets. / Thirty day notice ordered sent to Mr. Ed. and Mrs. Teary Beyerley, at cor of N. ! Taylor Street and Colfax Avenue. day notice ordered sent to Mr. Fred Bellis, at 1073 Woodward Avenue. ,,hhirty Thirty day notice sent to South Bend Iron Company, for defective walks �n Arnold Street between Grand Trunk Western Ry. , Company right of way and tho C.
