Communication received from the Co -Operative Print Shop regarding the for the -printing of the City Annual report. The bill was allowed. Bond of W.H.Burke for excavation in streets for the year of 1914 made by the Globe Indemnity Company in favor of the City of South Bend, Indiana for $12000.00 Dollars, was revoked by the Board. At the solicitatio-li of Em. Happ, agent for the Globe Indemnity CeTql)any, the approval of the Board for One Thousand ($l,000.bo)Dollars of Wm . H. Burke for exca- vation in the streets is hereby revoked by the Board of Public Works of the City of, South Bend, Indiana.
