Board met in' special session at 7:45 P.M. All 'members present.
Communication received from the Co -Operative Print Shop regarding the
for the -printing of the City Annual report. The bill was allowed.
Bond of W.H.Burke for excavation in streets for the year of 1914 made
by the Globe Indemnity Company in favor of the City of South Bend, Indiana for $12000.00
Dollars, was revoked by the Board.
At the solicitatio-li of Em. Happ, agent for the Globe Indemnity CeTql)any,
the approval of the Board for One Thousand ($l,000.bo)Dollars of Wm . H. Burke for exca-
vation in the streets is hereby revoked by the Board of Public Works of the City of,
South Bend, Indiana.
The reason for the sane is the filing by the Fidelity Deposit Compare
of a renewal of their bond of 1913'No. 652050 for the year of 1g14.

Petition for brick pavement on So. Franklin Street from Sample Street,
to Calvert Street was filed, and the same was read and referred t,-, the City Civil
Engineer for investigation.
Petition for the opening of Calvert Street from So. Michigan Street to
Main Street was filed and read and referred to the City Civil Engineer for investigation.
The Board of Public Works ordered teat the -following walks be con-
structed under Improvement Resolution No. 294, for°the construction of ceinent walks and
