BodyWorn TM is a 2016 Amazon Web Services (AWS) City on a Cloud Innovation Challenge award winner. BodyWorn TM is a mobile computing device operating within the Cloud, hosted with Amazon Web Services, is user- friendly, requires no ancillary devices, and no additional hardware or software. It is a complete system ruin on a Smart Android computing device. As a computer, Bodyvvorn TM is able to add features and capabilities, all the while updating the same device. BodyWorri is the only body camera solution where Giunshot Activates a recording, with a pre-pended recording to ensure video under use of force. Within the last 18 months, more than 50 law enforcement agencies have adopted Utility"s Generation 2 BodyVVornTm technology. Our satisfied clients include nearby law enforcement agencies near Douglas County, and throughout the US including: City of Lawrence (IN) Police Department, City of Colorado Springs (CO) Police Department, DeKalb County (GA) Police Department, City of Boca Raton (FL) Police Department, and Nampa (ID) Police Department. Their "Basic" tier does not include many of the features essential to a successful body camera prograim. These features include: active directory authentication credentials,, administrator ability to define video retention, ability to view video on the camera, and the ability to capture video file metadata such as CPS coordinates. Smart Mounting. Utility's Generation 2 BodyWornTm solution mounts differently from Generation 1 systems. BodyWornTM is integrated directly into the officer's uniform where it cannot be dislodged or redirected. Body cameras merely clipped to the outside of a uniform have been shown time and time again to fail, fall off, get knocked off, and recordings fail and are missing. Secure Upload and Storage. Any videos tagged with the same call number are automatically associated with one another, and selecting any video tagged with a call number displays further CAD data within AVaiLWebT"'. AVaiLWebTM is an effective digital media evidence management (DMEM) system. It offers powerful evidence searching, from wide-open, Google-style searches to narrowly defined searches (using inputs such as date/time, user, device, classification, CAD call number, location, etc.), making it easy for the user to find the right evidence quickly. AVaiLWebTm automatically associates videos based on time and place or CAD call numbers, and it also makes it easy for a user to associate videos with one another manually. AVaiLWebTm also acts as an effective records management system (RIMS), when it comes to video evidence. An AVaiLWebTm administrator can define video retention rules based on video classification. When a video's assigned classification timeout has passed, AVaiLWebTM will remove that video from the system. RFP states that 15 pages is the limit. The 15 page limit is for the actual proposal not including clover page, table of contents, affidavits/ certifications. 2. 15 single sided pages or 15 double sided pages? 15 pages single sided. 3. Are we able to submit 2 proposals? Please submit no more then two (2) prloplosals for an integrated system incorporating body cameras and in car cameras. 4. The South Bend Police Department has been field testing body camera systems and in car camera systems for the last 3 yrs. 18. Does the agency have an unlimited data plan with unlimited bandwidth per device, per month? Unlimited but with certain restrictions. 19. Would the City like responses mailed or emailed?
