Board met in special hearing at 7:45 P.M. Mr. Ernest M. Morris absent. Mr. A.H.
Rive acting President.
Hearing given on roll of wards and assessments of benefits 'in the matter
/of the extension and opening of Foster Street from Howard Street to St. Vincent Street
under Condemnation Resolution No. 26.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared but a written remonstrance
was filed. The Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benefited
and damaged respectively as shown in said roll and said roll is hereby in all things
ratified confirmed and approved and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 26
is hereU concluded.
Hearing given on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits
in the matter of the Widening of Portage Avenue from North line of Morris Park Addi—
tion to North line of Section 34 N.R. 2 E. under CoAdemnation Resolution No. 27-
In the above matter no remonstrators_ appeared and no remonstrances were
filed. The Board find that the property mentioned in said rolls are benefited and
damaged respectively as shown in said roll and said roll is hereby in all things rE.ti—
fied; confirmed and approved, and all action under Condemnation Resolution No. 27
is hereby concluded.
Bond and contract with guarantee included signe d by H.N. Barnes as
Prinicipal and the American Surety Company of New York as Sureties for Prick Pavement
on Ford Street from Arnold Street to I.I.&!. Ry. Under Improvement Resolution No.2193
In the City of South Bend, Indiana, was approved by the Board.
