POLICE DEPARTIMINT
Chief of Police, John B. Kuespert, was present and reported the activities
of his department for the past week.
The special police commission of Lawrence Searfoss was cancelled at his
own request.
A special police commission was issued to Walter Lann, an employee of
the Iluessel Brewing Company.
FIRE DEPARTMM7
Fire Chief, Hoy Knoblock, was present and. reported the activities of his
department for the past week.
Chief Knoblock informed the Board that his department was in need of
1000 feet of fire hose. The Board instructed Yr. Ba_rany to consult the .
City Controller on this report of Chief Knoblock in an effort to arrange-
ment for the payment of same out of this years appropriation, if said pur-
chase is made at this time.
The application of Warren E. Senour was ordered placed. on file.
Resignation of Thos. Ciesielski was accepted, effective October 31, 1933.
ELECTRICAL DEPARMT TENT
Superintendent Willaim F. Qualls, was present and reported the activities
of his department for the past week.
WEIGHTS AND IMASUPES
The weekly report of City Sealer Charles J. Burns, was ordered placed on
file.
