POLICE DEPARTT:r11INT
Chief John B. Kuespert reported the activities of his department and.. further
stated that a request had been made by the St. Stenislaus p^rish to block
off Florence Avenue between Johnson �_nd. D e ld. Streets for a. street
carnival. The Board had no objections in this matter and instructed. Chief
Kuespert to refer the matter to the Board of Public Wcrks, underrhose
directi and jurisdition all streets and alleys are under.
FIRE DEP ARTIvIENT
Chief Roy A. Knoblock reported the activities of his department and further
reported that the fire hose purchased from the Johnson Rubber P
Corporation on lay 8th., and bray 26, 1933, were sat isfpctory -,nd in accord.-
ance with the specifications. TT th'e recomnen a_tion of Fixes Chief
Knoblock, the � of Public Safety unanimously agreed to officially
accept the above mentioned f i_ re- hose.
