Board met in res�ular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
Board had under considerat-JoA the opening of Ottowa Street. No actiox taken
on tne same.
Petition filed with the Board for Light on Madison Street at intersection of
Walsh Street. The same was read and referred. to the Street Commissioner for invtastigatiox.
The Clerk was instructed to notify Mr. E. H. Potter Agent of the Lake Shore &
Michigan Southern Ry. Company to be present at meeting of the Board on Friday December 19th.
1913 at 10:90 A.M.
Permi5sio3. granted the indiana & Michigan Electric Company to set the follow—
ing poles'.
To set 1-351 pole in the property line between 1517 and 1521 KeAdall Street.
Tfiis to be set temporarily as there is now a pole in the alley west of 1517 &15_21*
To set 2-35t poles in the first alley south of Broadwaywest of Marietta
Street. O.K. on south side of alley.
Partial estimate allowed De Peape & Coussexs on Mishawaka Avenue Trunk sewer
under Improvement' Resolution No. 245. In the City of Sovith Bend, Indiana for the
amount off'... .........

phone Company to set the following
Voles.
Two 30Ft- poles in alley between Huey and Johnston Sts Just north of Prast
Stre6t.First alley west of Johxstox Street.
Three 25-r1j. Pales ivL alleir between Seventh Street a.xd- Smith Streets two north
of Wall Street and Dne south of Wail Street.River Park.
One 30 ft. pole and one anchor in alley between Sixth and Seventh Streets at
intersection of alley north of Hastixg Street.River Park.
