Acting Chief of Police, 11orace Y. H reported to the Board that

and that out of 50 licenses the c?� , 8 vrere found . to be delinquent . Board
requested. Chief FT�p_ilton to obtain a i itten opinion from T'r. I. S.
Romig, City Attorney, as to the proper procedure of maY.ing arrests of
t' ^ose persons found' to Ice violating the City Ordinances covering licenses.
