Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Lambert absent.
✓ Perxlission was granted to the Indianaa, and Michigan Electric Colipany to set the fdl
lowing poles.
To set 1-40 t pole on the west side of St. Joseph St. 120 ft. south of
Navarre -Street. Also 1-401 pole on -the southeast corner of St. Joe Street and
Navarre Street. T-ese poles are for lamps at the corner of St. Joe and Navarre St.
To set I-351 pole on the north side of Carpau Street, and 1--40 t pole to
replace one Home Telephnae Company pole on the northwest corner of Campaa,u and Eddy.
This is for the lamp at the corner of Eddy and Campau Sts.,
Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and
walk and concrete pavement on Prairie Avenue from Webster Street to Grant ,Street under
Improvement Resolution No. 221. In the City of South Bend, Indian,.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for
six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily News -Tires. commencing on the 1st.,
day of December 1913,staa,tin9- that this Board. will give a hearing on the amount of
such. &§sessxierits at its office in. the City Hall on the 26th.4 day of December 1913
at 7:45 P.M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be ac-
cepted and aa.nprov^d and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution
Shall be published. on the lst. , day of December 1913 in the South Bend Daily News-
Tixzes, stating that this Board will Live aa; hearing on the e:cceptaa,n.ce of such work at
its office in the City Hall on the 26th.2 day of December 1913 at 7:45 P.M:
