Board net in regul€r session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
The Engineer reported the tabulation for bids of the Street Lighting, The Board took the
same under consideration.
dHearing given on assessment roll and final est.iriate for grade and curb on Medora Street
from No• line of Morris Park Addition to the soutn ine of Morris Park Addition,U-.der
improvement Resolution No. 237. In the City of South, Bend Indiana.
In the.above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrances
were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed ill the said roll filed
September 23rd.,1913 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown in said roll, and
the Board further find that the assessment roll filed September 23rd.,1913 and the final
estimate allowed September 23rd.11913 should be and the sane is hereby in all things rati-
tied ,confirmed and approved.

Improvement Resolution No. 236. in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
