Board met in special session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.
Bids opened from the Indiana and Miciftigan Electric Coripany ,also the Welsbach
Street Lighting Company of America,, and certified check of $5,000.00 Dollars,:_
deposited with the Bids by both Company's with the Clerk of the Board. The 'same
were read and referred to the City Engineer for tabulation.
In the matter of the Grade on the 1st. alley North of Madison Street from St. Louis
to St. Peter Street,, The'matter was not taken up by t1ie Board.
