Kuespert, from his duties as cnlef of police of the City of South Bend until a thorough end fair invest ig<tion of all circumstances surrounding the telephone call_ I received this morning. Confirming my conversation with you, it was my understanding T was talking to Chief of Police, John P Kuespert, who said to me: "If ,you come near the City Fall today, I'll kill you.."
