needed repairs in the amount of approximately $75.00.
After discussing this matter, the Board authorized the
Clerk to have the car repaired.
Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Monday,
April 10, 19 33 .

Bills in the amount of $43.34, as follows, were allowed:
Indiana and Michigan Electric Company - for March, 1933
Northern Indiana Public Service Company - Mar. 3, 1933.
POLICE DEPART?TNT
Chief John B. Kue.spert reported on the recent hold -ups
stating that several of them had been cleared up and
many persons are in custody for questioning.
Police bond of Lafayette Riddle, dated April 15, 1933,
with the 11aryland Casualty Company, and police bond
of Leo Williams, dated April 19, 1933, with the Maryland
Casualty Company, were approved.

Special police commission was granted to Floyd G. Zellers.
Special police commission to Harry P. Arnett January 29,
1930, was cencelled.
FIRE DEPARTr.IENT
Fire Chief, Roy A. Knoblock, presented copy of rules and
regulations prepared by him for the fire department. After
examining the proposed rules, the Board made a few corrections
and added ammendments, and requested Chief Knoblock to submit
corrected copy at the next regular meeting.
