The specifications clearly requested a minimum height of 72 inches in the cargo space so that an average size employee could use the cargo space without bending over, thus reducing strain on the employee's back. Cates Chevy World°s proposal was for a cargo space height of 52.9 inches which is significant and therefore, unresponsive. This purchase price of $29,866.00 will be funded with proceeds from the 2018 Waste Water Capital Budget 642-0630-415.43-02.
