Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Monday,
March 27, 1933.
Meeting called to order by Mr. C. A. Budd at 9:15 A.M. All
members present.
Minutes of last regular meeting read and approved.
Bills in the amount of $259.99, bearing requisitions as foll-
ows, were approved:

POLICE DEPARMNT
Chief John B. Kuespert reported on the activities of his
department for the past week.
The Board advised Chief Kuespert that they have received
reports on houses of ill fame operating in the vicinity
of South and Taylor Streets, and instructed the Chief to
investigate same.
The Board instructed Michael Barany, Clerk, to order
'STOP" signes on Crumstown Avenue,
Goodland Avenue,
Humbolt Street at the intersection of
Lincolnway Vest.
The Board granted the following special police commissions:
Hugh Wine
Ray H. Miller
D. Sherman Ellison
Jas. Vargo
Glenn W. Borror
Paul L. Williams
Wm. Barsodi
Special police bond of William Barsodi with Maryland Cas-
ualty Company was approved by the Board.
The following special police commissions were cancelled
by the Board, effective this date:
Harry Mathers, 11/30/30
Chas. Egenroad
Donald Kintner, 10/24/32
David Kamp, Jr., 10/24/32
Albert Vacsil, 7/2/31
Emery W. Coverdale, 2/20/33
FIRE DEPARTIMW
Fire Chief, Roy A. Knoblock, reported the activities of his
department for the past week.

Wm. F. Qualls, Superintendent, presented weekly time sheets
which were examined and ordered filed.
FEE IGHT S and ]MEASURES DEPARTIVIE NET
Weekly report of City Sealer, Chas. J. Burns, was examined
and ordered filed.
