Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Monday,
Jan4pry 30, 1933.
Meeting ca lled to order by Mr. C. A. Budd at 9:15 A.M.
All members present.
Minutes of last regular meeting read and approved.
Bills in the amount of $698.33 were approved, bearing the
following requisition numbers:

POLICE DEPARTMENT
Chief John B. Kuespert presented rules regulating
special
police officers as suggested by the Board at their
meeting
of January 16, 1933. After examining the rules, the Board
unanimously accepted same and ordered Michael Barany,
Clerk,
to keep copy on file.
Mr. Budd commented on the fine work Officer Peter -Rudynski
rendered the Police Department by capturing two burglars,
and on Mr. Budd I s recommendati on, -motion was made . by - -Mr.
Gadacz, seconded by Mr. Trost, that the penalty imp'osed on
Off icer Rudynski by the Board at the last regular. meeting
be revoked and ordered the Clerk of the Board to',pay Officer
Rudynskils'salary in full.
The Board instructed Michael Barany'.,. Cl,er,k,, to install
"STOP" signs on High Street at the intersection oklildiana
Avenue.
Application of Albin Fujawa was approved and ordered filed.
Weekly report of Policewoman, Mrs. Minnie Evans, was examined
I"' I and orddred placed on file.
FIRE DEPARTMENT

Chief t presented annual report and fire loss
report for his department which was examined by the Board and
ordered filed.
Application of Alex Przybysz presented., approved and ordered
placed on file.
WEIGHTS and MEASURES DEPARTMENT
Weekly report of City Sealer, Chas. J. Burns, examined and
ordered filed*

Mr. Qualls, superintendent, presented weekly time sheets for
his department which were examined and ordered filed.

$5.10 covering damages to traffic signal at the intersection
of Main and Washington Streets by 'bucker Freight Lines, Inc.
