Regular meeting held by the Board of Public Safety Monday,
December 12, 1932.
Meeting called to order by Mr. C. A. Budd at 9:20 o'clock A.M•
All members present.

POLICE DEPARTMENT
Chief John B. Ruespert was not present at this meeting owing
to illness.
-- ,-,,The Board discussed the probability of purchasing Police
Radio System. After discussing it in detail, the Board
unanimously agreed to appear before the CoWon Council to
request that they appoint a committee to work with the
Board of Public Safety in making a survey.
Applications of John J. Dombrowski and John Vigh, Jr., were
approved and ordered placed on file.
FIRE DEPARTMENT
Chief Roy A. Knoblock reported on the activities of his
department and informed the Board that the Rookne automo-
bile purchased by him was painted and ready for service.
Application of John J. Dombrowski was approved and placed
on file,
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT
William F.. Qualls, Superintendent, xx authorized by Mr.
Wm. H. Trost, Jr., to go to Indianapolis,, Indiana, to
inspect the Police Radio System installed there,and at
this meeting submitted detailed report which was examined
by the Board.
Weekly time sheets presented by Mr. Qualls were examined
and ordered placed on file.
WEIGHTS and MEASURES DEPARTMERT
Weekly report of City Sealer, Chas. J. Burns, was examined
and ordered placed on file.
