To reset pole new standing at the northeast corner of Sycamore and La.Salke Ave. about 15 ft. north on Sycamore Street, to brixig it even witn the south property line of the lot facing on LaSalle. This was O.K. until 1915. After Jan.lst.,1915 on side streets back 50 ft. . I- is better to move this pole back 30 ft. now according to Ordinance No. 1044. .Claim filed by the Henry Eckler Mfg., Company against Stewart -Sheets Company, and R. C. Avexue from Michigan Street to Witwer Avenue, Ix the City of South Bend, Indiana. Ix the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances was filed while this matter was under advisement. The Board therefore find that in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits $;* the property and the City of South. Bend and equal to estimated cost of said, improvement, and the same are hereby in all things rati— fied, confirmed and ipproved. Resol"A further, that bids be advertised for the eoxstruetion and the completiox of this improvement in the month of i 1914.
