Mr. Donahue presented a release from the Guarantee Bond of Two Thousand ($2.,000.00)
Dollars given to secure the pavenent on Marion Street by James Nelson and Ameriean Surety
Company. The same was referred to the City Engineer.

To set I - 351 pole on the east side of the alley west of Eighteenth Street River Park,,
about 12t nortla of the curb of Mislhawaka A venue. This is for the use of a Oommectioll and
is -the only pole t)-At we will have to set, as lue expect to use poles jointly with the Bell
Telephone Company. This pole is already set. Approved.
