Linda and Members of the Board
We are submitting for review and approval the purchase/lease of 7 new laptops for use by
Waste Treatment field operations. These are the same model that we have recently purchased
for SBPD. The machines are needed to replace rugged laptops at Waste Treatment that have
reached end of life.
These laptops will be purchased with pricing through MHEC (Midwestern Higher Education
Compact — www.mheg.org). They will be financed and used over 5 years thirough the City's
2018 Q1 large equipment lease.
