✓Hearing on Vacation of Alley in KauffmaxIs addition, was deferred until October 21st.,

Petition for a gas light on Six Street an Wall Street was filed with tree Board
and the same was read and referred to the Strut Commissioners.
✓Petition for an electric light at corner of Campau and Eddy Street was filed with. the
Board and the same was read and referred to the Street Commissioner.
,Contract for the grading of the First Alley North of Madison Street from St. Peter
Street to St. Louis Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 298. was awarded to

Partial estimate allowed Louis E. Zeiger, Contractor for grade, curb and walk sn
Mall Street- from Clifford Court to Sixth Street for the amount of ........... $953.61
