Erhardt as prinicipal and Suthern Surety Company2 by Edward F. Keller its attorney -in -
fact as surety, was approved by the Board.
/Engineer filed . assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on Union Street
from Fort Street to First Alley South of Ford Street, under im provement Resolution No.
256. In the City of South Benxi, Indiana.Resolved, that,,not-iees as to the amounts of assess eats 'h� -published for

six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily News -Times., commencing on the 1.- 1! 1 1 day ®f
October 1913 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessmets
at its,offi,e-e in the City Hall on the 14th., day of November 1913 qt 7:45 P.M.
Resolved further.) that the entire work under the above contracts be
accepted and approved and the finAl estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shal
be published, on the 27.t-h,,o day of October 1913 in the South Bend Daily. News -Times, stating
