Board met in ref,ula.r session at 10:00 A.M. All members present
✓Bids were received and opened for the grading of_tbe lst. alley North of Madison
Street from St. Louis Street to St. Peter Street, under_ Improvement Resolution:
No. 2F9. The sane were read and referred to the City Engineer far tabulation.
✓,/Mr. T. C.BaXnes submitted a band on Dunham Street and High Street. The same was
read and referred to the City Attorney, for investigation.
City Engineer filed a partial estimate for Grading anal Pavement on Prairie Avenue
allowed C.H.Defrees, for the amunt of....................................$32372.75
Petition for a concrete Asphalt pavement on Fast Indiana Avenue from South Mich.,
Street to Carroll Street. The same was referred to the City Engineer for investi-
gation.
,/The Board ordered Messrs. DePaepe & Coussens to be notified that the grading on
Miahigax Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 183 now incempleto, must be fix-
ished in five (5) days time,, from date of receiving notice, oth6rwiso the City would
peoceed to do the work and charge the same to DePaepe & Coussexs the Contractors.
